Director of Marketing and Property Relations
Summary

The Director of Marketing and Property Relations primary role is to oversee all activities focused on acquiring and retaining customers, and all activities focused on managing relationships with Property Managers and leasing staff. This includes supporting and managing the day-to-day activities of the Community Relations Associates (CRA) & Community Relations Managers (CRM).

The Director of Marketing and Property Relations shall take ownership of overall customer acquisition, relationship management and the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns supporting and complimenting the Regional General Manager & Field Marketing efforts.

The Director of Marketing and Property Relations shall also coordinate internally with the Regional General Manager's, call center management, accounting staff, and technical teams to make sure that all promotions, marketing materials, and property launches are well coordinated with all vested parties.

General Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing and Property Relations primary responsibility will be overall customer acquisition while supporting and complimenting the Field Marketing efforts. This will entail developing detailed marketing campaigns and promotions, in conjunction, with business development, field marketing and the regional general manager to drive customer growth and meet budgeted customer and revenue goals. Further, the Director of Marketing and Property Relations will work with field marketing and the regional general manager's to insure that all properties are performing as budgeted. This may include, but not limited to, creating property or regional marketing campaigns such as promotions, property events and property educational programs. This position also has full accountability for managing Ygnition's Web site, and for insuring that it meets the goals of the company to acquire customers and be customer focused.

The position requires:

  • The ability to build and manage successful business relationships with our customers including senior property management and/or property owners
  • Work closely with the CRA's, CRM's, technicians, and Regional General Managers to develop & implement plans to build property relationships & increase property penetration of our services
  • Work closely with other key department management such as billing, customer service and operations to insure consistent & effective communications throughout the company on all matters relating to property marketing.
  • Capability to develop, write and implement thoughtful marketing plans
  • The capacity to fully analyze current market conditions including competitive pricing & product mix in each region and present recommended changes to senior management based on your market analysis
  • Ability to analyze property sales trends and develop timely action plans in an effort to meet budgeted goals.
  • Capability to create, write and edit custom marketing materials for use on properties
  • Ability to find, evaluate and work effectively with outside service vendors
  • Ability to track and report key property indicators such as churn & capture rates, revenue generating units, penetration rates and other performance metrics as requested
  • Report sales & marketing activities weekly, or as instructed by the Chief Operating Officer
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer with ways to improve our relationships and performance at the property and customer levels

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience managing key customer relationships
  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience as a Marketing Director
  • BA required (Marketing or related field preferred)
  • Cable television, high-speed internet and multifamily experience preferred but not required
  • Team player with strong leadership skills a must
  • Experience developing, launching and managing successful cross-functional campaigns and programs required
  • Must be creative, imaginative, resourceful and innovative
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other business/graphics related software applications
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and independently
  • Ability to travel nationally approximately 30% of the time
  • Carry a valid state driver's license in the state employed

Credit and Collections Specialist
Summary

The primary purpose of the Credit and Collections Specialist is to monitor past due accounts, contact past due customers and process payments. This position will be directly responsible and accountable for the following areas:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor past due accounts
  • Contact past due customers
  • Process payments
  • Investigate return mail
  • Report progress on past due accounts
  • Update billing system
  • Provide other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years collections experience
  • Proven analytical, verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in the use of multiple computer applications - spreadsheets, Word, and databases
  • Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Self motivated with attention to detail

Customer Support Representative
Summary

Ygnition is currently looking for talented individuals to work in our Seattle Call Center as Customer Support Representatives.

Selected candidates will be required to work one of the following shifts:

Part-Time: Morning and Afternoon
Full-Time: Morning and Afternoon

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, internet connectivity, computer troubleshooting, and various applications
  • Familiarity with a variety of operating systems
