Ygnition Acquires Convergent Broadband Communications, Inc.

Ygnition expands presence in Phoenix; Names Tom Kuerner as Regional Manager.

Seattle, Washington. (Sep 17, 2008) - Ygnition Networks, the leading provider of television, high-speed internet, and digital telephone to the multi-family real estate industry today announced the purchase of Convergent Broadband Communications, Inc. (CBC). The acquisition includes the service agreements and equipment serving approximately 24 communities and 10,000 apartment units in and around the Phoenix area.

Ygnition provides broadband services to over 100,000 apartment units throughout the United States. These communities are owned and operated by some of the largest and most respected property management companies, REITs, and private owners in the country.
