
Click
on the
Mail icon (postage stamp) in the
Dock
to launch Mail.
If Mail has not been setup, the
Mail Setup window will pop up. Fill in the settings
for the customer's account. Click
OK

A window will appear asking you if you
want to import mailboxes from another email client.
If the customer has mail boxes that they want to import,
choose the client from the list and import.
In the Account Information tab,
fill in the appropriate information.
Note: Host name refers to the incoming mail server.
