Ygnition Networks Acquires Locations and
Operating Assets from Primetech Services
Company continues to build its Houston Broadband Services Network
Ygnition Networks, a leading provider of bundled broadband services to the
multi-family real estate industry, announced today that it has completed the
acquisition of several locations in Houston, TX served by Primetech Services.
"This acquisition provides additional properties, subscribers and operating
efficiencies for our growing Houston, Texas Market. We look forward
introducing our expanded suite of services to these locations and
subscribers." stated Ronald Sullivan, CFO.
Ygnition anticipates completing the transition of services from Primetech by
the end of June, offering Ygnition's suite of services, including Cable
Television, High Speed Internet and Digital Voice.
