Ygnition names new CEO
Cable Industry Veteran Coyle named Ygnition CEO
Ygnition Networks announced today that Kevin Coyle has been named as the
company's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Coyle joined Ygnition in November of
2004, and had most recently served as Executive Chairman.
Prior to joining Ygnition, Mr. Coyle spent over 20 years in the Cable
Television industry, including 18 years at Jones Intercable, the 8th
largest Cable Company in America at the time of its sale to Comcast.
Jones grew from 40,000 to over 1.6 million subscribers during his tenure.
Serving in several capacities at Jones, Mr. Coyle was CFO for almost a decade.
Before joining Jones, Mr. Coyle spent several years at American Television and
Communications (now Time Warner Cable) where he oversaw the company's early
franchising and financing activities.

In conjunction with the move, Ygnition announced that Glenn Meyer, Ygnition
founder and former CEO, has been named as Chairman of the company.
Mr. Meyer will primarily work with Mr. Coyle on overall strategic direction,
as well as continue his corporate development activities.

our cable business and knew we needed to add a seasoned cable industry
