Partners With Qcorps Residential
Broadband Company now offers
services through Qcorps' on-line Resident Connection Service
to streamline customer acquisition.
Interquest Communications, a leading
provider of Broadband Internet services to the multi-family
real estate industry, today announced that it has signed
an agreement with Qcorps Residential, Inc. to participate
in Qcorps' on-line Resident Connection Service in apartment
leasing offices the two companies have in common across
the country.
Qcorps' unique service provides apartment leasing professionals
and new residents a fully web-enabled system that accelerates
the process of applying for necessary services and moving
into an apartment home by eliminating the need to record
applicant information multiple times. Qcorps' web-based
Resident Connection Service offers residents a form of one-stop
shopping with the ability to order their utilities along
with a broad array of other home related services such as
change of address, telephone, cable television, local newspapers,
and broadband all in a matter of minutes directly online.
This service allows them to dramatically reduce the time
spent setting up an account with the various service providers
in their community. Residents have reported timesavings
of 2 to 10 hours. The Service makes the leasing process
more efficient and resident-friendly, becoming an essential
tool for the on-site apartment staff.
Interquest has successfully deployed its site-based high-speed
Ethernet and DSL services in over 100 Multi-Family communities
in seven western states, which are owned and operated by
some of the nation's largest property development and management
