National Apartment Broadband ISP Opening Denver Presence
Seattle MDU Broadband Company has aggressive expansion plans for Denver area market.

Seattle, Washington. (November 25, 2002) -
Interquest Communications, a national leader in providing broadband Internet services to the multi-family real estate industry, today announced that it is in the final stages of opening a Point Of Presence to serve the state of Colorado.

Interquest, recently named as one of the Top 100 venture-funded companies in 2002 by Venture Reporter, provides high quality broadband services in seven western states to the residents and staff living and working in apartments owned and managed by nation's largest and most high profile real estate owners and managers. The unique service delivery is backed by well-trained and responsive field technicians and boasts a 99.967% network uptime since inception. It delivers T-1 connectivity to it's client's properties, creating higher continual throughput, enhanced customer security, and facilitates corporate VPN capabilities at the properties.

"We have been providing service in the Denver area to a growing number of properties over the past several months and the local apartment market has demonstrated a strong demand for high quality, on-site, broadband services like ours," said Glenn Meyer, Chief Executive Officer for Interquest. "This move in Colorado allows us to minimize our network costs and remain highly competitive with other providers," he added.

"We have had Interquest's service for over seven months and are very pleased with the level of service and the positive customer comments. It is definitely an asset we use to attract and retain residents here at Post Uptown Square," said Michelle Pearce, Manager for Post Properties' "Post Uptown Square" in Denver. "We are very pleased with the effort Interquest makes on behalf of our residents."

"Interquest's service offering is unique among ISP's in that it is targeted to high density apartment and condominium properties and delivers the quality of data communications services you would expect to find only in large commercial facilities," stated Doug Woods, Interquest's Chief Operating Officer. "We are pleased to be making a commitment to growth and service excellence in the Denver market."
