• The estimated time required to install a desktop PC is 15-20 minutes. During the initial installation, any additional on-site technical support time more than 30 minutes will be billed at $75/hour in 1/4 hour increments.
• DSL modem rental charge of $9.95 per month may apply (the modem connects your computer to the wall jacks inside your home). They may be purchased for $175.
